OUR HISTORY

IN 1997, ROBERT CRIMI AND DENNIS CRIMI JOINED FORCES TO CREATE HEALTH CONCEPTS PARTNERS, INC.

The decision to form the business was based on the synergy resulting from Rob’s and Dennis’ healthcare experience. Rob was an award-winning sales rep with Ethicon EndoSurgery for 9 years and Dennis was a senior executive at NYC’s St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center.

The rationale for the company was straightforward. Dennis understood the hospital industry and had personal relationships with many of New York City’s senior hospital executives and Robert knew the medical device business and had many successes in New York’s largest hospitals.

The company was started with a few product lines and has grown to become one of the largest, and still, fastest growing medical device distributors in New York and New Jersey.

Today, Health Concepts Partners represents some of the most prominent medical device manufacturers in America. With corporate headquarters in New York City’s financial district, the company services hospital clients throughout New York State and New Jersey.

MEET OUR

EXECUTIVE TEAM

Robert F. Crimi

President of HCP 

Robert was co-founder of HCP in 1997, following a distinguished sales career with Ethicon Endo-Surgery, division of Johnson & Johnson. He was a multiple recipient of Ethicon’s highest sales achievement award and has received numerous sales awards from HCP client companies.

He sits on multiple Company and Industry Advisory Boards, has participated in and Co-Chaired over twenty-five (25) Distributor Sales Councils, and has loyally called New York City his home for over 30 years. He is a proud benefactor to the Jennifer Crimi Sunshine Fund, and enjoys collaborating with the company’s Chairman, Dennis.

He graduated with a Marketing Degree from Hartwick College

Keith A. Schablik

Director, Surgical Sales Division

Keith has been in the medical device arena for over 20 years. He has multiple President Club awards from notable device blue chip companies including Medtronic and Boston Scientific. Prior to joining HCP in 2012, he worked for Deloitte Consulting in their medical device practice.

With nine years of employment with HCP, he presently manages the Surgical sales forces while maintaining the important Manhattan territory.

Keith graduated from Rutgers University and was a 4-year letter winner for their Division 1 lacrosse program

Mario Caione

VP Sales, Spine Division-NewYork & New Jersey

Mario joined HCP in 2019 after a successful career in sales management with SpineWave Inc.

With over twelve years of spine experience including Synthes Spine, he is the recipient of multiple sales and leadership awards and has helped in the training of dozens of representatives and MD’s alike in all areas of spine including complex deformity, MIS, and Robot-Assisted.

He has dual degrees in Finance and Biology from Albright College
